The Story

As a chef, I’ve always believed that food is more than nourishment. It’s a gesture — a way of building connection and belonging. This Valentine’s collection carries that same philosophy into chocolate: crafted with integrity, attention to detail, and respect for the experience it creates, from the first bite to the last lingering note.

Inside the box, you’ll find comfort and lift in tiramisu (“cheer me up”), tenderness in wild strawberry and pistachio, a hint of spring in matcha and cherry blossom, and brighter notes that feel like celebration — Lady Grey with Texas citrus, lychee martini, lime caramel. There is room, too, for unapologetic indulgence: crème brûlée with caramel crystals, coffee and rum truffles, and dark chocolate with raspberry rose ganache.
